Sports Memorabilia Show

The Sports Memorabilia Show will take place on April 20 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Ocean City Music Pier.  

Former Philadelphia Flyers wing Scott Hartnell will visit the sixth annual Sports Memorabilia Show on Saturday, April 20 at the Ocean City Music Pier and will greet fans and lead a Q&A session as part of the event.

Hartnell joins former Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Mike Quick and former Philadelphia Flyers defenseman Mark Howe as special guests at the show.

 Vendors with merchandise and collector’s items representing a variety of sports and teams will be on display and for sale at the show. Admission is free, and hours will be 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Free parking will be available at municipal lots adjacent to the Boardwalk at Moorlyn Terrace, Eighth Street and Ninth Street.

Hartnell played 17 seasons in the NHL, including seven with the Flyers during a stretch when they reached the Stanley Cup Finals in 2010. He is currently a studio analyst and commentator for Flyers games on NBC Sports Philadelphia.

Quick was a five-time Pro Bowler during nine seasons with the Eagles from 1982 to 1990. He is best known today as a radio voice of the Eagles, alongside Merrill Reese.

Howe is the son of NHL legend Gordie Howe and a member of the Philadelphia Flyers Hall of Fame. A long career in hockey included 10 seasons with the Flyers, when he was among the best two-way defensemen in the league. Howe was a three-time runner-up for the Norris Trophy and played in three Stanley Cup finals. 

Hartnell, Howe and Quick will participate in free Q&A sessions on stage at the Ocean City Music Pier. They also will be available for individual meet-and-greets with fans ($20) that will include the opportunity to get autographs and photos with the Philly legends.  

NHL journalist Al Morganti will host the free Q&A session with Hartnell and Howe from 11 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Quick will participate in a free Q&A session from 1 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. 

Howe and Hartnell will be available for meet-and-greets with fans from 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Quick will be available from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Advance tickets for the meet-and-greets will go on sale starting at 9 a.m. Thursday, April 18. Tickets include an autograph on a photo or item you supply and a selfie photo with the player.
