The following dates are the scheduled meeting dates for the Ocean City Zoning Board for 2026.  These meetings will be held in Council Chambers at City Hall, 861 Asbury Avenue, Ocean City New Jersey at 6:00 pm (unless otherwise noted) and formal action may be taken.  This schedule is subject to change and will be advertised or announced when and if changes are necessary.
