Ocean City Municipal Court operations have moved to a new location at 801 Asbury Avenue, Suite 201. This is at the corner of 8th Street and Asbury Avenue, and off-street parking is available in public lots along the 800 block of Central Avenue. Police and court personnel have been moved there temporarily to allow for rehabilitation/renovation of the existing building at 835 Central Avenue.

The Ocean City Violations Bureau is open to the public 8:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, except for holidays.

Please note that court sessions will continue to be conducted virtually via zoom or with plea-by-mail forms.
