 Ocean City Beach Patrol

The Department of Fire and Rescue Services announces that the Ocean City Beach Patrol will provide lifeguards at the following beaches for summer 2019 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily. These are extended hours at some of the city's most popular beaches.

  • Brighton Place
  • 8th Street
  • 9th Street
  • 12th Street
  • 34th Street
Ocean City Beach Patrol will guard the following beaches from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. weekends and holidays and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays.

  • Seaspray Road
  • Surf Road
  • Waverly Blvd. Surfing Beach
  • Atlantic Avenue
  • North Street
  • Stenton Place
  • St. Charles Place
  • Delancey Place
  • Park Place
  • Fifth Street
  • Seventh Street Surfing Beach
  • 10th Street
  • 11th Street
  • 13th Street
  • 14th Street
  • 15th Street
  • 16th Street
  • 17th Street
  • 18th Street
  • 20th Street
  • 22nd Street
  • 24th Street
  • 26th Street
  • 28th Street
  • 30th Street
  • 32nd Street
  • 36th Street
  • 39th Street
  • 42nd Street
  • 44th Street
  • 46th Street

The Ocean City Beach Patrol strongly urges bathers to swim only at guarded beaches. If you have any questions, please call 609-525-9200. First Aid Stations are located at 1st Street, 12th Street, 34th Street, and 59th Street Lifeguard headquarters.
