Adult Fitness Swim

AFS  is a Coached work-out for ADULTS.
The intent is to create an environment that welcomes those who may just want to add something new to their pool swims as well as the seasoned swimmer.   Participants should already know how to swim, should have a basic knowledge of the four competitive strokes, and be able to complete 8 lengths of the pool without stopping.

2 rental options:
Small scale – maximum of 12 kids, 1-hour rec swim, and room rental optional. During the Center’s open hours. $7.00/swimmer $25.00 room rental
Large scale – over 12 kids, Room 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm, pool 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm (Sundays). Exclusive use of the pool. $210.00 up to 20 children $7.00/swimmer over the amount of 20
Customer in charge of the table set up. Aquatic and Fitness Center maintenance staff will break down tables and chairs.

East Coast C-Cerpants Swim Team

East Coast C-Cerpants Swim Team

The East Coast C-Cerpants Swim team is a year long competitive age group swim team that is sanctioned by USA Swimming. This program includes swimmers from age 5 who have completed swim lessons to college age swimmers. The C-Cerpants compete in a variety of local and regional swim meets that include swimmers of all ability levels. Please see the team's website for more information.

Adult Water Exercise


The water exercise class is designed to increase flexibility, circulation, and muscle tone.  Water is used as resistance, which places less stress on your joints. Class may utilize floatation equipment. Non-swimmers welcome.

All American Scuba’s Primary Goal is to provide access to the highest quality Scuba Diver Training available. In doing so, function as an accessible resource for anything related to Recreational Scuba Diving & assist in the creation of an Educated Diving Consumer. By helping to keep our customers informed and active in Scuba Activities the diver will achieve their goals!

Our staff wants to provide you the student/Certified Diver with the best training & support in meeting & achieving the goals you have set for yourself as a Scuba Diver. If you are not having fun and learning then the staff of All American Scuba is not either.

All of the Instruction Staff & Dive Masters are fully insured professionals with over 50 years of combined teaching and dive experience. We love to dive & love to show others what the Underwater World has to offer. So, we love to teach scuba and its related activities!

As you progress & grow as a diver the All American Scuba Staff is only a call, text, or e/mail away to help you in any way.

Our staff have spent many years diving from the green waters of N.J. to the clear blue waters of The Galapagos

Instructor Bio:

Randy Moore has been respected and acknowledged PADI Scuba Diving Instructor for over 25 years. He is a professional having attained Master Trainer Status. He has taught for a number of training agencies including PADI, NAUI & HSA (Handicapped Scuba Association). As a Scuba Instructor who is also an RN, his passion for Diving led him to the desire to teach others about the incredible experiences available to be seen in our world underwater. His calm & organized approach to teaching gives his students the knowledge & ability to dive safely and create a world of new experiences for themselves and others!

At the Aquatic and Fitness Center, a personal trainer is your partner in getting healthy and fit. Your trainer will assess your current level of fitness, consider your individual fitness goals, then design an exercise plan to help you achieve success safely. Your trainer will guide your workouts and monitor your progress. The one-on-one attention from your personal trainer will help you maximize your potential and keep you motivated to maintain a healthy lifestyle.


Anyone can benefit from a personal trainer! They are especially important for those attempting to lose weight, those who are beginning to work out for the first time, those who are training for a sporting event or competition, or those that need to recharge their workouts.


Aquatic and Fitness Center trainers all have nationally recognized certifications. We have both male and female trainers. We have instructors to suit the needs of individuals at any fitness level. You can choose a trainer who is a perfect match to your individual needs, goals and preferences.


¨ Assess your current level of fitness.

¨ Design an exercise program tailored to your fitness goals.

¨ Ensure proper form on exercise machines.

¨ Monitor your progress and motivate you to achieve your goals.

¨ Monitor your transition from rehabilitation to an exercise program.

¨ Help you train for an upcoming sporting event.

Personal training sessions are available by appointment between the hours of 6 am and 8 pm, Monday through Friday. Sessions are also available on weekends. See the Front desk to sign up. After signing up you will call your instructor to set up an appointment.

You may also take advantage of personal yoga, private Pilates and swim classes.

New members when signing up for a membership if you purchase a personal training package that day you receive one free follow-up assessment.

The Aquatic & Fitness Summer Camp staff is hoping to see you and your child this summer. We are offering the Fun N’ Fitness Summer Camp for ages 4 to 10 years old. The camp will be full of splashing fun, lots of glue, and fitness challenges. The children will be kept busy in the morning program with fun sports and games, a swim lesson, and pool playtime. Later we fuel up with a snack and make a crafty memento to take home each day of camp. The camp will provide outdoor activities, swim lessons, and a trip once a session. Qualified camp counselors guide you through many facets of Fun-N-Fitness.

Registration & Refund Policy
Registration Policy

All activities are handled on a first come, first serve basis for residents and seasonal vacationers. The Ocean City Community Services Department and the Division of Recreation Programs reserves the right to cancel or make changes to any program due to lack of registration, inclement weather or reasons beyond the department’s control. Programs, dates and times are subject to change due to availability of facilities.  Registration will only be accepted from a parent or legal guardian over the age of 18.

Program cancellation due to inclement weather will be announced on Channel 2 or call (609) 525-9304. Please make all checks for programs or special events payable to: “City of Ocean City.”  Registration for activities will be taken online through the online registration platform.

Program announcements will be distributed through schools and published in local newspapers. Any program requiring a deadline for registration will be noted on the program information flyer. A waiting list will be maintained for some programs. If an opening becomes available in a closed program, that space will be offered to the first person on the waiting list. If that person declines or is unreachable the next person on the list will be contacted. The Division of Recreation insists that a child should never be left at an activity or program before the person in charge arrives to accept responsibility for that participant. It is the obligation of the parent or guardian to be aware of program schedule and times.

Refund Policy

Refund Policy   – No refunds will be given after a program begins. Refunds will be approved only if the activity is canceled, or for medical reasons if the refund request is made in writing (3) days before the activity begins. A COPY OF YOUR RECEIPT SHOULD ACCOMPANY YOUR REQUEST

The City of Ocean City has set the following guidelines for registration fees for our Recreation and Aquatic & Fitness Center programs:

  • In order to request a refund, a written email should be sent to with a detailed explanation for the request. After the request has been made, the city will review and make a decision on its status. 
  • Refunds will only be made for canceled programs or medical reasons before the start of the program. Please provide a doctors note at the time of request.
    • Any Covid related refunds will require a medical note, no at home test photos will be accepted 
  • Refunds will not be made for scheduling conflicts or dissatisfaction with program/team, etc. 

The dollar amount will be prorated dependent on how much of the program/season has passed. Credit card payments will be returned to the card within 5-7 business days. Cash and check payments will be returned by check, which may take 2-3 weeks for processing. 

The City of Ocean City reserves the right to waive this refund policy at its discretion at any time.
