Beach maintenance is a year-round responsibility. While grooming is the main focus during the warmer months, in the “off season” our focus switches to dune and dune fence maintenance which is critical to storm protection.

Beach accessibility is a high priority and just one of the many factors that make Ocean City “Americas Greatest Family Resort.” Much of our effort  is focused on making our beaches accessible to everyone. We have four handicap accessible beaches that include wheelchair sitting mat areas.
