· Shallow water on the parade route

· Collisions with any of the following: other participants, watercraft, other watercraft, and man-made or natural objects

· Collision, capsizing, sinking or other hazards which results in wetness, injury, exposure to the elements, and/or drowning

· Equipment failure or operator error

· Temporary inability to perceive events due to lighting or lack of lighting.

· Do not overtake the boat in front of yours and do not leave large gaps between boats.

· Navigate as close to the shoreline as safely possible to ensure spectators on land can see your decorations.
