The City Council of Ocean City will hold a special meeting on Monday, December 11, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. in Council Chambers located on the third floor at City Hall, 861 Asbury Avenue, Ocean City, NJ. The meeting is open to the public and formal action will be taken pursuant to N.J.SA. 10:4-9. The Open Public Meetings Act (N.J.S.A. 10:4-9, et seq.) permits a public body to meet even in the absence of adequate public notice to deal with matters of such urgency and importance that a delay for the purpose of providing adequate notice would be likely to result in substantial harm to the public interest.
