Special Weather Statement:

The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Advisory in effect for Ocean City through 1 a.m. Tuesday, March 8.

An approaching cold front is expected to bring sustained southwest and northwest winds of 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph. Isolated thunderstorms are also possible.

Loose objects on your property should be brought inside or secured. All contractors are asked to secure job sites. Driving conditions could be hazardous.

No coastal flood advisories have been issued.
