All trash and recycling that was not picked up on regularly scheduled routes on Tuesday (south side of 9th Street to north side of 28th Street) will be picked up on Wednesday (Aug. 5, 2020). The contractor will then begin on routes regularly scheduled for Wednesday (south side of 28th Street to 59th Street). Because of the extra routes, pickup times may be delayed.

To help expedite pickup of yard waste, please remember that branches should be cut to less than 4 feet in length and bundled. Place smaller yard waste in recyclable paper bags that can be purchased at local hardware stores or supermarkets or in containers that are properly marked “Yard Waste.” Stickers can be obtained at City Hall (Ninth Street entrance at 861 Asbury Avenue) or the Knight Building (12th Street and Haven Avenue).
