Councilman Bob Barr will host a Fourth Ward Meeting at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 17, 2018 in the Chris Maloney Lecture Hall at the Ocean City Free Public Library (17th Street and Simpson Avenue).
All are welcome and encouraged to bring any questions, concerns or suggestions about the Fourth Ward. The Fourth Ward includes all streets from the south side of 26th Street to 59th Street, in addition to the Ocean Reef community off Tennessee Avenue.
Guest speaker will be Jim Scanlon from the New Jersey Department of Veterans to discuss the many programs for veterans at the state level. The meeting will also be joined by members of local American Legion Post 524 discussing what programs and services they offer to veterans and the community at large.
