The National Weather Service has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch in effect for Ocean City through 10 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 20, 2026.

Scattered severe thunderstorms, excessive rainfall, damaging winds, and isolated flash flooding are all possible today. Please monitor conditions and be prepared to take shelter and limit travel.
