Notice of Intent to Award a Contract under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with Sourcewell for Parking and Curbside Management Solutions

The City of Ocean City intends to participate in the Sourcewell Contract #120423-IPS, Parking and Curbside Management Solutions for the continued support of the smart meter parking system.

Information regarding the contract may be found at the City of Ocean City, 861 Asbury Avenue, City Hall, Division of Purchasing & Contract Management Room 203, Monday through Friday except legal holidays, 9:00am – 4:00pm, as well as through the Sourcewell website at https://www.sourcewell-mn.gov/cooperative-purchasing/120423-ips

City of Ocean City anticipates utilizing the Sourcewell contract in calendar year 2026. The current Sourcewell contract term for contract #120423-IPS is good through January 15, 2028.

It is the intent of the City of Ocean City, NJ – Michael Rossbach Jr., QPA, City Purchasing Manager to make a contract award to IPS Group, Inc. on an as needed basis and determined in the best interest of the City of Ocean City, NJ to utilize the Sourcewell contract pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to the Sourcewell Bid Contract #120423-IPS, Parking and Curbside Management Solutions.

City of Ocean City is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
