The Cape May County Municipal Utilities Authority will hold its next Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 13 at the county sanitary landfill at 2050 Route 610 in Woodbine. Cape May County residents and homeowners may dispose of hazardous waste for free during this time.

Products, such as paints, cleaners, oils, batteries, and pesticides can contain hazardous ingredients and require special care when you dispose of them. Household hazardous waste is accepted twice per year (Spring and Fall) at special Household Hazardous Waste Collection Days sponsored by the CMCMUA.
