Beginning Tuesday, Sept. 3, the Ocean City Free Public Library at 1735 Simpson Avenue will be temporarily closed to the public for HVAC maintenance. 

After careful consideration and consultation with the construction team, library personnel have decided that for safety and efficiency, the entire library will remain closed during the project. 

However, the meeting rooms will remain open, and items can still be checked out using the library's curbside pickup service. Please note that curbside pickup may take longer than usual. 

The project is expected to be completed within about three weeks.
