SUMMARY:"Hidden in Plain" Sight Drug Awareness Seminar
DESCRIPTION:The New Jersey State Police, in partnership with the Ocean City and Upper Township Municipal Alliance, will present an educational seminar Thursday evening that will help parents and community leaders recognize issues related to addiction and overdoses. The “Operation Rise” division of the State Police will present "Hidden in Plain Sight" at 6 p.m. Thursday, May 14, at Landmark Church (300 E. 8th Street in Ocean City). As part of the presentation, attendees can view a bedroom display that illustrates where and how drugs can be hidden. The event is free to attend and for adults only. Representatives will be available to answer questions and provide assistance.
