The City Council of Ocean City will hold a special meeting on Thursday, September 3, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in Council Chambers located on the third floor at City Hall, 861 Asbury Avenue, Ocean City, NJ for the purpose of considering a resolution authorizing a closed session.

The purpose of the closed session will be to discuss (1) pending litigation (Plaza Place Civic Association, et al. vs. City of Ocean City, et al.) and (2) contract negotiations regarding a redevelopment agreement for the 600 Boardwalk Rehabilitation Zone. The special meeting is open to the public. No formal action will be taken.
