No construction dumpsters or other devices used to contain construction materials or debris shall be parked on any street without issuance of a prior permit for such activity.

The permit fee is $75 per month in areas without active parking meters or $300 per month in active parking metered areas. Payment is required at the time of application by check (to "City of Ocean City"), cash (by mail or in-person) or credit card (over the phone, in-person, or online upon request).

MAXIMUM SIZE FOR A DUMPSTER ON THE STREET IS 20 CUBIC YARDS.

DUMPSTERS MUST BE COVERED SO AS TO CONTAIN ALL MATERIAL.

STREET/PAVEMENT MUST BE PROTECTED FROM DAMAGE.

DUMPSTERS MUS BE EQUIPPED WITH REFLECTIVE PANELS.
