OCEAN CITY BEACH PATROL

OCEAN CITY, NJ

 

The Department of Fire and Rescue Services announces that the Ocean City Beach Patrol will be guarding the following beaches through for Memorial Day Weekend.  Please remember that the beaches of Ocean City are guarded weekdays from 10AM to 5 PM and weekends from 10 AM to 5:30 PM.

Saturday, May 25th through Friday May 31st:

Stenton Place

St. Charles Place

Brighton

5th Street

8th Street

9th Street

10th Street

14th Street

15th Street

26th Street

34th Street

44th Street

58th Street

The following beaches are closed because of the beach replenishment and will open at a later date;  9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th Street beaches.  Other beaches maybe closed in the downtown area during the beach replenishment work.

The Ocean City Beach Patrol strongly urges bathers to swim only at guarded beaches.  If you have any questions please call 525-9201 or  525-9200. For information on guarded beaches  Radio 1620 AM or The Ocean City Government Access Channel 2.
