A meeting of the Ocean City Zoning Board of Adjustment is scheduled to be held Wednesday April 26, 2017
at 7:00 P.M. in Council Chambers on the third floor of City Hall located at 861 Asbury Avenue.  The business noted below will be discussed.

    Existing:  Single
    Proposed:  New single family requiring location of driveway variance.

    Proposed:  Alteration requiring side yard and rear yard setbacks variances.

    Proposed:  New duplex requiring lot area and width variances.
