Pool Programs
WATER EXERCISE
Water exercise class is designed to increase flexibility, circulation and muscle tone. Water is used as resistance, which places less stress on your joints. Class may utilize floatation equipment. Non-swimmers welcome.

DEEPWATER RUNNING
Using flotation devices to exercise burn calories and improves how you’re your body moves. Water is used as resistance while trying to move through it, engaging all muscle groups. Impact free and great fun for all fitness levels.
DEEPWATER VOLLEYBALL
Learn To Swim
The American Red Cross Learn to Swim program teaches youngsters to swim and be safe in, on and around water. We teach 5 progressive levels. Starting with Level I where the most (elementary) beginning swimming skills are taught, thru Level 5 refining the competitive strokes.
Registration:
Spring: March 1st/Summer: June 1st
Fall: September 1st/Winter: November 1st.
Parent and Tot
Parent participation is required. This class is designed to introduce and acclimate your young child to the water.
Adult Lessons
Instructors work with you at any level.
Private and Semi-private Lessons
Adult & child individualized instruction; the lessons may be arranged at your convenience.

AFS is a Coached work-out for ADULTS.
The intent is to create an environment that welcomes those who may just want to add something new to their pool swims as well as the seasoned swimmer. Participants should already know how to swim, should have a basic knowledge of the four competitive strokes and be able to complete 8 lengths of the pool without stopping.

7:00pm(Sat. or Sun.). Exclusive use of the pool. $210.00 up to 20 children
$7.00/swimmer over the amount of 20
Customer in charge of table set up. Aquatic and FitnessCentermaintenance staff will break down tables and chairs.

Ocean City C-Cerpants Swim Team
SCUBA
Explore the world of SCUBA diving. Learn the physics and physiology of man under water, combined with developing water skills to become a competent SCUBA diver. SCUBA diving opens the door to the exciting world beneath the sea. For more information, call EAST COAST DIVING 646-5090.

Eligibility: Open to all swimmers 8 years old and younger
Any swimmer under the age of 5 must be approved by the meet director

Fitness Programs
Personal training sessions are available by appointment between the hours of 6 am and 8 pm, Monday through Friday. Sessions are also available on weekends. See the Front desk to sign up. After signing up you will call your instructor to set up an appointment.

Racquetball is a great work out for members and is available to our members and non-members for a nominal fee.
Child Care - Tots Program - Summer Camp - Kids Fitness
The Aquatic & Fitness Summer Camp staff is hoping to see you and your child this summer. We are offering the Fun N’ Fitness Summer Camp for ages 4 to 10 year olds. Camp will be full of splashing fun, lots of glue, and fitness challenges. The children will be kept busy in the morning program with fun sports and games, a swim lesson and pool playtime. Later we fuel up with a snack and make a crafty momento to take home each day of camp.Camp will provide outdoor activities, swim lessons and a trip once a session. Qualified camp counselors guide you through many facets of Fun-N-Fitness.
