Recreation Operations

Many of Ocean City’s Recreation facilities are available for use by individuals, groups and organizations for special events and activities.  A facilities request form must first be filed an approved by the Community Services Department prior to any public notice regarding a scheduled event.  No alcohol may be served at any event held in a municipal facility or on City property.  Due to the overwhelming number of events that are held each year, approval of the event location, date and time are at the discretion of the Director of Community Services.
